How We Work

A clear path, start to finish.

01 · Inquiry

A short form and a follow-up call. We'll confirm scope, timeline, and which tier fits — no pressure to commit.

02 · Proposal

A fixed-fee proposal with the package details, payment schedule, and timeline. 50% due at signing.

03 · Design

Measurements, space planning, material selections, and renderings. Two rounds of revisions built in.

04 · Handoff

Final package delivered to you and your contractor. Selections schedule, drawings, and a walkthrough of everything ordered. 50% balance due.

05 · Build (optional)

For Full Project clients, I stay involved through installation and the final punch list. For Design Package clients, I coordinate with your contractor and visit the site during construction.

06 · Move-In

Final styling and move-in support is available as an add-on for any tier.

Homeowners & New Builds

Full-service design tailored to how your family lives — from a single primary-bath remodel to every room in a new build.

Contractors & Builders

I collaborate with general contractors and builders, providing design plans, material selections, and specifications that help bring each project to life. Deliverables are formatted for construction: dimensioned drawings, selections schedules, and specifications.

Architects & Designers

Available as a sub-consultant for kitchen, bath, and finish-selection scopes when an architect or lead designer wants a specialist on those rooms.
